    The coffee and hot chocolate was wonderful. The staff in the restaurant were very courteous and friendly. There is a large range of items available for purchase. Prices are a little high (tourist prices). The young woman at reception was outstanding in her client service. I think her name was Trish. All in all, a very pleasant experience

    Coffee was fine. Better than most around there as you'd expect it to be. The place over all though is just a tourist trap. A whole shop full of trinkets and junk you don't really want. Not my scene. Looks like they have perfected the art of separating tourists from their money though - the place was packed with people queuing up for a $10 piece of mud cake with whipped cream from a tin. Like I said, not my scene.

    Wow - I was in the line, I wanted to enquire about and buy the tour, there was a guy being served. When he was done, the girl behind the counter turned away, took a sip of her drinking bottle and then without acknowledging me, walked away. This place won't see me again. Pity, because their products are good...

    Nice display of coffee equipment from all ages. Worth a look. A nice variety of chocolates for the sweet tooth.
